Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or refunded, however we must be notified of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. If a product was damaged in transit we will replace it. We require a photo of the damaged item to be sent to us in order to send a replacement.
Erroneous goods will be replaced, however we must be notified of any errors upon receipt of the products. With your replacement we will send prepaid postage in order to retrieve the erroneous items.
