Returns
Need to return something you're not quite satisfied with? We completely understand, and we're happy to help. We offer hassle free returns for all of our products. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll guide you through the return process. You may purchase with confidence knowing your satisfaction is our highest priority.
Damaged items
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or refunded, however we must be notified of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. If a product was damaged in transit we will replace it. We require a photo of the damaged item to be sent to us in order to send a replacement.
Erroneous orders
Erroneous goods will be replaced, however we must be notified of any errors upon receipt of the products. With your replacement we will send prepaid postage in order to retrieve the erroneous items.
